personal information is our top priority. We guarantee that every transaction

and secure commerce transactions.
To protect you from a fraudulent use of your credit card, we need:
Your full name
E-mail address
Mailing address and billing address
Credit card type and number
Expiration date
Name and phone number of international bank for verification.
Most people use their credit cards to order directly. We have created a very
secure system using Secure Sockets Layer technology and 128 bit encrypted digital
key. When you use your credit card for the first time at Animedowntown.com we
take certain steps to ensure your safety.
We ask you for the credit card number, the expiration date, the name of the
bank, the bank coding number, and sometimes the phone number of the bank. In
the case of some international orders, we also ask for supplementary identification
to confirm that you are indeed authorized to use the card.
However, this information is stored securely on our servers so that you will
not have to repeat this when you order again.
Some customers do not feel like using their credit cards on the Internet. For
those people, we allow other systems. Keep in mind that using other payment
methods may slow down the order process, the fastest way to order is to use
a credit card or Pay Pal.
Order Confirmation Email
You get this first one when your order is confirmed. That has your order number
on it, a confirmation of the items that you ordered, and other information as
needed. (If we need more information for the charge card, for instance). If
you have not received this Email within 24hours of placing your order, send
an email to customer service.
Order Shipment Email
You will get the second Email when we ship your order. It will confirm the order,
the items, the method of shipment, and the tracking number (if requested).
Additional Emails (As needed)
We send you E-mail if there is any problem with the card verification.
We let you know by Email if a card was declined.
We let you know by Email if we need any additional information.
You can greatly speed up the process if you remember these things:
* It takes longer to verify your charge when the shipping address and the billing
address are different. When this happens, we ask for a copy of the credit card,
and a copy of some picture ID.
*No carrier will deliver to PO boxes except USPS. So if you ask for a certain
carrier, and you give us a PO Box, we cannot do a thing until we reach you to
find out a shipping address. (That is another reason why it is so important
for us to know how to reach you.)
Money Order: (Acceptable for both Domestic and International)
All money orders must be converted into United States dollars. To order with
a Money Order
Shop normally, choosing your items and then choose "Money Order" for payment
options.
Place the order by following the steps on the order form and submit.
You will receive an order confirmation with your sales number.
Make the Money Order payable to VCD DVD ENTERTAINMENTS. and be sure to write
your order number on the money order.
